Assessments
Before any rider can book a course with Staysafe Advanced Motorcycling they must have an assessment, this is to establish the level at which you are when riding a motorcycle and to ascertain the following:
• Skill Level
• Road Safety
• Specific Problem Areas
• Compatibility Between Student and Instructor
This is a no pressure relaxed informal ride that will allow us to accurately asses your ability and tailor a course to suit individual requirements. Assessments are provided throughout the northwest, Staysafe Advanced Motorcycling can at any point refuse to finish the assessment bases on the students riding. It may sound obvious but please before coming to your assessment make sure you are Safe and Able to ride and that your motorcycle has an up to date MOT, is fully insured and is safe working order.

Bronze Course
The bronze course is available for any person who requires ONE area to be focused upon, it allows us to breakdown and resolve any issue highlighted following the assessment and to prevent the issue from recurring.
Silver Course
Designed to focus on TWO areas that have been identified following the assessment. This like the bronze course allows us to breakdown the issues and remedy them and to have enough time to work on them to prevent them from recurring.
Gold Course
This is the most comprehensive course that Staysafe offer. It can be run over three or more days depending on how many areas require attention following the assessment. Primarily it is designed to cover every area of advanced riding.
Advanced Motorcycle Tests
Staysafe Advanced Motorcycling are not a governing body and therefore do not run Advanced Motorcycling Tests. Our courses and assessments, once completed, will bring your riding ability up to the standard of the Advanced Motorcycling Test ran by IAM or RoSPA. If you would like to take the test you would have to arrange it with either IAM or RoSPA.
